There are many steps in the production process.
From robotic cutting to packing + fulfillment, we can jump in where you need us.

CUTTING SERVICES

We offer production cutting as a separate service from sewing. We can digitize your patterns (including adding notches and marking), nest patterns for best yield,, and cut on our robotic cutting table. 

We can also die cut leather/felt/plastic/cardboard pieces or produce leather labels for you to sew on to your own products - cold deboss, heat deboss and foil debossing are all options. If you are interested in finding out more about our stand-alone services, email us at info@spooltown.com.

OTHER SERVICES

Many parts of making have odd repetitive aspects to them. If there’s an aspect to your project that you’re not set up to do, and you have ongoing work with volume, please reach out. We’ve done many odd jobs that are great fits - cutting rolls of webbing into specific lengths, packing influencer kits, snapping a specific component, etc etc. When in doubt - reach out!
